Replacement with folding handle

Question

Hello! We have Lincoln windows throughout our home - 20 identical handles and mechanism covers as shown in photos. The handles do not fold and obstruct the window shades. We would like to replace them all with a folding handle that will allow us to lower our shades completely. The current handles have the Lincoln brand stamped in view, but underneath is the Truth stamp and no other numbers. There is no retaining screw - they simply pull off of the splines. Splines on mechanism interlock with splines in the handle. The color is what I would describe as bronze. Ideally, we would like to replace just the handle and have the color match the cover, but realize that may not work as the handle has to fold. We can pull off the handles, turn through 180deg and replace so they point up. This solves the shade issue but the handles don't look so great pointing vertically. Please can you identify the best solution and part number(s)?

PS - Are you located close to Trumbull? Couldn't pick up the replacements instead of shipping?

Thanks for writing in! Wo do carry the replacement handles you might be searching for. Although, I cannot guarantee they will solve the issue with the handles obstructing the window shade.

Also, we do not carry the replacements you need in the color your covers and handles are made in. The closest match we have is beige.

With that said, we have two options that could potentially work for you. Start with reviewing the 39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover and the 39-205 Folding Crank Handle. The other replacement option is the 39-107FK Truth Folding Handle and Cover Kit. Take a look at them and see what you think.

Regarding our location and pick up, we are not that close to Trumbull, CT. Our warehouse is located in Pennsauken, New Jersey and we do not allow for pick-ups. All orders are shipped from our warehouse.
