Replacement and cost?

This is what came out of my window sash. Note the upper housing has a piece missing from it. Looks like the bottom is 4lb and the top is 5lb, there were numbers on the springs that did correspond with the casings. Can the whole things be replaced, they look pretty worn and cracked, and what would the cost be? Thank you.

Take a look at our 15-087 housing pivot and the related hardware, which supports the Series 180 Roller-Tilt coil springs. Thanks for posting!
