It appears your window uses tilt spiral balances. You could either have the 5/8" diameter Series 600 or the 3/8" diameter tube Series 900. You will need to measure the length and diameter of the tube to confirm the best fit! 

From there you will need to match up the colored tip on your original for the correct spring strength to support the window sash. If the color does not match up, weigh the sash and compare to the strength chart on the product page.
