Replacements

A home owner from TN says:
November 2, 2020
Shoes are attached to thin rope that run inside balancer. Shoe measures about 1" height x 7/8" width. Balancer is 1/2" wide. From looking at varous sites online, it appears this model is no longer in use? Shoes are worn, so I assume I'll need to upgrade balancer & shoe together. Does that also mean upgrading the pivot bars?

Thanks for writing in. This looks like our S775-34 to me, assuming the metal channel is indeed 34" long. You'll need to remove the balance and measure the size of the shoe to know if you need the 1" or 1-1/4" shoe. I don't think there should be any need to replace the pivot bars, unless your originals are damaged. Let me know if you have any other questions.
