Thanks for posting. It appears you need a new coil balance assembly. We'd be happy to help, but we'll need a little more information. The pivot shoe in your window (the plastic block that the window tilts from) might be our 15-111, though so long as it's in the window track I can't say for sure. This shoe uses our 1/2" thick Series 160 springs, or our 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. You'll need to measure the thickness of your existing springs to determine which Series you need. The video below shows how to remove and replace Coil Balance systems like this. Removing the system is also the only way to really confirm which replacements you need.
