Replacements for American Aluminim Window Corp Awning

A home owner from Quincy, Massachusetts says:

Dear All, I own a property in Quincy, MA with ten sets of Model 40 Awning windows manufactured by American Aluminum Window Corp located originally in Malden MA. Many of these sets are in need of a replacement "awning window operator"
I am attaching photos at various angles of one of the orginal operators for which I am seeking replacements. I have also included a photo of the window from the orignal brochure. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Charlie Gaziano
