Replacements for Milgard Window

Question

As a separate email I am forwarding pictures of the parts we removed from our

older Milgard windows. They worked well for year after installation but have recently stopped latching in the Closed position, and the window creeps up about 6".

What do I need to do to repair them?

Hi there,

Could I see the spring code number stamped on your balance a bit closer? I will also need you to weigh the sash if possible. For the glazing I will need the cross section view with dimensions.
