Replacements for TRUTH brand window operators

Question

I would love help in identifying the window operator that I've included in photos. Images show measurements of arms and pieces with markings. The house was built and windows installed in 2000/2001.

I will need 6 in total: 3 right-hand, 3 left-hand.

Hi Kristy. This appears to be the 39-253LB & 39-253RB Operators. These operators use the 39-529 Track Slider as well as the 39-545 & 39-546 stud brackets. For new cover & handle kits, see the 39-375 and 39-376, or the 39-451 and 39-452, depending on what style you prefer. All accessories are sold separately.
