Replacements for my window spring system

Thanks for posting. I'm confident we can help, but those stamps aren't identifiers. They just tell us the strength of your old balances. To know what you have, we'll need you to remove the balances from their windows and show us clear photos of any end attachments. That's key to identification. Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match. Note that the shoe in your photos is damaged and therefore you won't be able to use this one as a reference, so make sure to remove an undamaged version before you continue.
