I'm having trouble with window staying up. I think this is a part you manufacture. As you can see the coil is totally inoperable. Can you identify this as one I can order from you

Thanks for posting. This looks like a coil balance system. I believe we do carry replacements for it. See the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, 15-181 Tandem Housing and 15-182 Drums. These parts work with Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. See the videos below for details.
