Replacements parts needed

Quick Learner from Yucca Valley
I need help identifying what I need as well as extra parts that attach to the physical window as they're 20+ years old and are hard to open/close.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-27 or S385-27 Channel Balance, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2630.

So it seems to measure in at 1" 3/32. Which makes it a S385. Does Swisco sell the hardware pieces that go into the window?

I am not sure what you mean by those other parts. Do you mean the Top Sash Guides that are the top nylon blocks in the window sash and keep the channel balances aligned with the sash? There's a few possibilities that can work with the Series 385. Can you remove one and show it to us from a few angles? That will give us a better idea of what you need.

Here are images of the aforementioned piece.

Thanks for getting back to me. This looks similar to the 18-171 Alpine Top Sash Guide. Please compare!
