Replacemet parts for Bonneville windows

Question

I need replacement parts for a number of Bonneville Windows purchased in 2003. These are aluminum clad wood casement windows. The size of the vinyl inserts that hold the lifter mechanisms is 59" X 3-3/4". The number on the metal insert is (06/3)UNIQUE 26 TG. They are double hung windows.

Thanks for posting! We can replace the metal part inside the jamb liner, which is known as a "channel balance." Unfortunately, we cannot replace the jamb liner.

For the balance, see our Series 751. I cannot be 100% sure if this is a match, since yours is still installed and many details are obscured, but it does look similar and would be a good place to start.
