Hi, there. I have a non-tilt aluminium Milgard sash window and one ofnthe balances went out.

The stamp on it is 2390 BSI 26.
The length of the metal part is 24".

Which part shouldninorser please?

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S351-24 or S390-24, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Many thanks. It is 1-1/8". Should I concern myself with the weight of the sashe? Or the S390 spec corresponds to 2390 BSI 26 designation?

The weight option is very important, yes. Your old stamp of 2390 is a little outdated, but you can weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart on our balances' store pages to verify the best one for the job at hand.
