Replacing 70-048 Malta Latch without replacing screen

Question

Your video shows replacing the latch and screen at the same time.  But as my screens do not replacing is it possible to just replace the latch? If so, How?  Thanks.

You will need to at least remove the spline and screen wire where you position the 70-048 screen latch. If you don't want to do that, you could consider the 70-204 latch and screw.
