Replacing Atrium channel balance

Question

I need two of the 27-4 BA CMC 11
I need four of the 27-3 GA2 CMC 9
I also need 4 of the atrium window locks as shown in the photo.

What's the correct part to order?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your balance's configuration resembles our S395-28 but take a look and let me know what you think. For the 27-4 balance, you'd want the 2740 strength option and the 2730 strength option for the 27-3 balance.

As for the lock, our 90-005 looks similar. Review our dimensions and compare them with yours to see how they match up.
