Replacing Blum 32.160-01 hinges

Trying to replace Blum hinges where the bracket is mounted to the face of the cabinet. Would this product be a suitable replacement? Appreciate your time and expertise!

Thanks for writing in. Unfortunately it's difficult to often find exact replacements for old cabinet hinges, since many are no longer made. Our 32-343 certainly seems like a promising substitute for your old hinge. Just compare the diagrams below to confirm the basic design and function matches up.
