Replacing Caldwell

I need to replace two, non-tilt, channel block window balances stamped 20-4 HP Caldwell, measuring 21" in length, 1/2" (9/16") wide.

Y'all are the best. I was really worried that I'd have to pay hundreds of dollars to get this window replaced, or just never open it.

My channel balances came in today and between the advice here and the video guides it only took me a few minutes to replace them. The replacement parts were perfect. Now I've got a working window again!
