Hi, I need to replace the caldwell channel balances. They are 32 7/8" long and please see pics for type of ends. I only need two for one window. The only stamp on them is the name "HQ Caldwell". Let me know if you need more information. They are for a single hung vinyl window.

Hi, Jesse. Looks like the groove on the one end is cosmetic. If you have a 1-3/32" shoe like the photo, you can consider S385-33 for a balance. I would carefully remeasure the metal bar, though, to make sure it's closer to 33" than it is to 32-5/8". If it's 32-5/8", let me know.

Yes that's right. Weigh your sash on a scale and correspond that number to the sash weight chart located on the product page. From there you should be on your way to purchasing new replacement channel balances.
