Replacing EMCO Papaiz Door Set

Question

Handle lock broke off. 20 year old door. Need to replace the entire set. From what I read on your site, looks like your 40-049 Mortise set might work.

What is the return policy in case it doesn't fit?

I agree, the 40-049 may be our best match. Also see the related video. You might need to adapt it a little to install the face plates, but otherwise I think it could work well. You can also see our return policy here.
