Thanks for contacting us. This looks like our S395-30, which comes with a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom. As long as those match up, you should be good to go. The only thing I'm not sure about is the stamp. Yours seems to indicate a sash weight of 38 pounds. Can you confirm? If so, our 2965 stamp option should work well.

I have no way to weigh the sash so I will go with the S395-30.

We definitely agree with your recommendation of S395-30 channel balance. It would be best to go with a 2965 option. It holds a sash weight of 35-39 pounds.
