Replacing Old Caldwell Channel Balances

A home owner from Virginia, USA says:
Hi, one of the channel balances broke on our builder grade windows (one of the pulleys inside the spring failed and the string is now stuck). The guides have wings and the length of the metal portion only is 21". Attached are photos of the markings and the top guide. Which channel balances should I purchase to replace the old ones on the window?

Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm afraid that I can't make a recommendation based on the top guide alone. We also need to see the bottom guide and we need to know how deep it is. Please let me know if you can get us that information and I can check our inventory for a good match.

The depth of the bottom part/shoe is 1 and 3/32"

Thanks! Your shoe is partially obscured, so I can't be 100% sure of what you have. However if the depth of the bottom shoe is 1-3/32" then odds are you want the S385-21 channel balance. This has a 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.

Yep, that is what the bottom shoe looks like. Thank you!
