Replacing Old Window Parts (Pivot Bars and Shoes)

Handy Person from Ottawa
I'm trying to fix a very old window which appears to have just broken its last pivot bar. Two of these were on the bottom of each pane. The shoes are all also in various states of disrepair and will need replacement. I don't necessarily need the same parts to replace them with, especially since the company that made the originals may no longer exist, so long as they attach to and work cleanly with the window panes. In case it isn't clear enough, the bar says "9862".

Hello! This pivot bar looks like a very close match to our 26-226. I think this may be exactly what you need, but review the hole placement on ours to ensure that at least one hole lines up. That's the most important detail.

Concerning the shoe, can you tell me the width and thickness? That will allow me to find you a good match. Note that removal will be necessary before you measure to ensure accuracy. Please also make sure to write your measurements down for us to review.
