Replacing Papaiz 323 lock sets

Question

I need to replace two (2) Papaiz 323 lock sets. Is this item a direct replacement for them? Also, can they be ordered with the same key opening both locksets?

The 40-049 has been used to replace Papaiz locksets in the past, but your best bet is to carefully compare our dimensions to your own part to confirm whether it can replace it. I'm afraid we are unable to provide our locks keyed alike.
