Thanks for contacting SWISCO. This might be one of our Series 751 Channel Balances. To be sure though, could you remove the balance from the window and provide pictures, particularly of the end attachment(s)? Finally, could you confirm the length of the channel (but not including the attachments)? Thanks.

I need 52 pieces of the S751-21" balances for sashes that weigh 8.5 to 9 LBS and
4 of the S751-15" balance for a sash that weighs 5 LBS.

That does look like the Series 751, as we suspected. However, I would triple check your sash weights. I highly recommend being as precise as possible. I don't think they make these balances light enough to support sashes that light in either size. Let me know and we can work from there, one way or another.

If your sash weights are accurate, we will do our best to figure out if they can make lighter springs for you.

Yes, the weights are good.

Okay, great. After some digging, we have discovered some very special stamps that can support these light sashes. I will email you an order link and price quote right now for the quantities you've requested (52 of the 21" balance and 4 of the 15" balance). Let me know if you had any questions!
