Replacing Spiral Titlt Window Balance and Pivot Shoe

Hello team,

First of all I want to congratulate you on your website and your DIY videos. I need to replace the spiral and pivot on my windows. I live in a high rise and the windows are metal. While I can see how to replace the spiral easily, I don't see anything for replacing the pivot in the metal window.

Could you please let me know if there is any way to do this?
