Hi,
Can you tell me if Product Code: 40-183 is a good replacement for an Emtek 322 handle and mortise?

Hello, Jeremy. I don't know if the 40-183 was specifically designed to be a direct replacement for the old Emtek set, but I have had lots of customers tell me that it works well as a replacement regardless.

I appreciate the input. I plan to order the 40-183. Would it be possible to get it keyed to match my Schlage deadbolts? It's not a deal-breaker, but thought it was worth checking.

I am sorry to say that's not possible. A local locksmith may be able to set you up with matching keys, though.
