Replacing Window Balances

Markings are 19 3 (BS1) and 25 4 (BS1). Metal part is 9/16" with a length of 25 11/16". The top is 1/2" wide, 1 1/4" tall, bottom shoe is 1" deep by 1 3/8" tall. The 19 3 ones have a window weight of 12.4 LBS and the 25 4 ones weigh 20 LBS.

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. We can replace your old balance, but it will have to be a special order. Could you provide a picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord? And could you tell us how many balances you need? Once we have this information, we will email you a special order link and price quote for the quantities requested. Thanks.

Right now I need 4 balances labeled 25 4, 25 11/16" long (metal part) for 20 LB windows. I also need 4 balances labeled 25 4, 25 11/16" long (metal part) for 18 LB windows. A total of 8 balances. I attached the requested photo. Go ahead and send them to me asap.
