Replacing Window Channel Balance

Question

Good Day-

I am trying to replace the window channel balance in attached pictures. The stamp on side of the balance is 28-B.

Can you help me identify the parts that I would need?

Hi Gary. Please check to see if the length of your channel balance's metal channel, not including the nylon attachments at either end, is 29" long. If so, take a look at either our S351-29 or S390-29. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old balance to see what matches closest. Based on the stamp code of 28-B, you will need a stamp option of 2820. Let us know if you have any questions.
