Replacing Window Channel Balance

A home owner from Bothell WA says:
According to the pictures, I believe the correct replacements would be the 14" SERIES 380 CHANNEL BALANCE. However, the current channel balances are not stamped with a number. The window is between 14-15 lbs, which is beyond the sash range chart. Which stamp option do I choose? I see their is a 1350 option, but the weight for that is not listed in the chart. THX

Hello! If your sash is between 14-15 pounds, the 1350 option may be best. Two balances with this option can carry 12 through 15 pounds. You may want to get the exact weight of your sash, though, just to be sure.
