Replacing a 3/8 spiral balance with white color tip

I am replacing a 3/8 spiral balance with white color tip, which color tip should I purchase. My sash weighs 17lbs. The spiral balance is also 24" long.

If your old sash is 17 pounds, then you can use the Red Tip color option. That should be more than sufficient to support our sash weight.
