Replacing a pair of window channel balancers

Thanks for your photos. Can you verify the width of the metal channel? Looking at the design, it appears to be the 1/2" balance, not the 3/8". The 3/8" style was never made with the configuration you show here.

Assuming that's accurate, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
