Replacing balance

Thanks for reaching out! The balances you have here are an custom assembly called an Extended-Travel Channel Balance. These balances have a wheel in the shoe and typically have a hook/clip attached to that shoe. 

That said, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance. It is important to confirm which clip/hook your balances have since they are important for identifying the correct replacement as well as properly installing them. Keep in mind, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

In addition to this information, I'll need to know the stamp from the metal channel of the balance. This stamp determines the weight range your balance should be able to carry to support the weight of the sash.

The last thing I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to create the link; there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance type.

Once I have this information, I'll be able to confirm pricing and availability for the replacement balances you need.
