Replacing balance on window

A home owner from Dallas NC says:

I dont know what Option: 29B,29C,29D,29E,29F to choose from. The broken balance on the window as a number of 2900.The total length is 29inches. I do not know the weight of the window. Its is a single hung window and it is vinyl.

You will need to remove the window and place it on a scale to determine the weight. There is no other way.
