Replacing balancers stamped 20 3 and 26 4

mine are single hung windows, over twenty hears old. One is stamped
20 3 KP Caldwell, and the other 26 4 LP Caldwell. I'm looking at 380 and 385 as likely clones but can't decide which. What is difference?

Hi there, thanks for posting! The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. The spring weight for balance stamp (20 3) is our (2030) and the spring weight stamp (26 4) is our (2640) option.
