Trying to identify which to order. 1/2 inch across

I have more info on my window. I need to replace two balances for a Kinco window.

Balance length 30?"

I can't seem to figure top part needed.

Also, can you tell me what this is called. Could not find on the site.

I believe that you have a Kinco window. Consider our S380-30 channel balance, which comes with our 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom. As long as those two match up, you should be good to go. You will need to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm the best stamp option.

The white nylon piece is a face guide. See our 67-020 for a possible match.
