Replacing broken Casement crank

A home owner from Wisconsin says:
See there attached photos. The unit has a number stamped on it, The inner arm cranks out from the left side of the gear. I've purchased both the 39-187 & 39-089. I've found that these units won't close the window. Is the 39-090 or the 39-188 the answer?
I appreciate your insight.

Thank you.

Thanks for posting. The operator you're showing me in this photo is our 39-090. The two operators that you purchased have the wrong orientation and the 39-188 has the wrong shaped gear arm.
