Replacing broken pivot bars

Both lower sash pivot bars are snapped off. Photos show the (broken) part installed. They are from a Wellington vinyl window, circa 2000 or so. I'll get another photo of the part removed if needed.

Found them on your site. If there's any vids on getting these into the pivot shoes, I'd be interested in seeing that, since on these windows the receivers are the fully enclosed type.

Hi John, 

Happy to hear that you found the pivot bar needed. It appears that your window uses spiral balances. Take a look at the video below that demonstrates taking the sash in and out of the pivot shoes. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
