This is an example of one dual casement window with broken operators. The crank/arm assembly are junk and need to be replaced. The hinge assembly is also junk because of the plastic component that is prone to break.. There are another half dozen to replace but I can not assume that all the others use the same mechinism.
The disassembled window in the picture is the left hand (interior view) of a dual casement window. The pictures of the installed mechinism are on the right.

Thanks for writing in! The casement window hinges are 4-bar hinges sets. I'm confident one of ours will work for your repairs but I'm not able to tell what the length of the track is from your photos.
Would you be able to confirm that? It wouldn't be necessary to send another photo, you can confirm it by typing it in the response.
The window operators remind me of the 39-187 and 39-188 Sash Dyad Crank. To confirm that this is the right fit, you'll need to carefully compare the dimensions and design to the diagram below.
The brackets compatible with these operators are the 39-513 and 39-514 Stud Brackets; the handle can be replaced with the 39-114L Crank Handle.

Thank you fpor your prompt reply. Yes, I confirmed that the crank dimentions you lidentified match the existing operator. The exact dimentions of the old stud bracket are 2 13/32" X 1 1/8". Close enough.
On the hinge assembly, the length of the base (attaches to sill & head, see picture) is 12 1/8". Let me know if you need other dimentions. I would provide them now, but I had to re-install the window and need help removing it again to get the other measurements.
Finally, I have been asked to replace the standard handle with a folding one, if possible. Do you sell a folding handle kit that would work in this application?

The 39-205 Truth Folding Crank Handle would be compatible with these operators. We do not have a folding handle kit since the covers are not removeable, unfortunately.
The hinges can be replaced with either the 36-022 or the 36-022HD. To determine which of these is the best fit for the repairs, you will need to remove them again to confirm the rest of the dimensions. While these are similar, the dimensions differ slightly, so you will need to be sure to compare them.
These hinges can be used to replace the top and bottom hinges for right and left handed applications.
