Replacing channel balance

A quick learner from Corona, CA says:

My existing window channels stamp 2140I B.S.I. please advise what part should I buy for replacement?

The window sash is 22"H x 24"W. I the the channel balance is 22"

I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring.

In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings.

Thanks! That's a huge help. I think what you have here might be a match for our S350-22 channel balance. This has a 19-002 top and 15-004 bottom nylon fitting. As long as those match up then I think this would be a great pick.
