Replacing constant-force balance

Hi!

I need to replace this broken balance. It's from a BF Rich (now out of business) "Vintage"-series double-hung window, installed in 2000. If it's any help, the SASH size measures approx 29" wide x 17" high. There are NO discernible markings on the item to help us.

Thanks for posting. Your pivot shoe resembles our 15-175, which is commonly used with our Series 152 spring. See what you think.
