Replacing door hanger on solid wood closet door

Question

Hello, I ordered a replacement door hanger from Swisco part # 23-047. It was 2 in across with a 1/2 inch offset .It fit the old part exactly but when I put it up the roller (wheel ) was too large. This door is heavy. The home is about 15 years old located in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. Linda

I'm sorry to hear the 23-047 didn't work out. Would it be possible for us to see a photo of this roller removed from the door? And can you write out its offset and wheel diameter? I can't promise we will have a match but we will try our best.
