Replacing gripper on Andersen crank

This is an early 1980's Andersen window. The crank works fine but the gripper part that slides over the window section to pull it in is broken. Can the piece only be replaced. If not, can the whole operator be replaced?

Hey, Alice, thanks for posting. Unfortunately, I don't believe that the little clip at the end of the arm is available separately. You'll have to replace the whole operator. Take a look at our 39-095 or maybe our 39-151 and see which one would be a better match.
