We have a pull door with handle that is separating and opening the door is very difficult. And it is not possible to lock the door at the moment.
Would you be able to help me figure out what kind of handle/locking system we would need to replace it.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement handle set that would work with the multi-point mortise lock shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
