Replacing latch on Pelli screen door

A home owner from Camarillo california says:
The finger latch on my screen door broke off. I purchased replace part 83-115 but how do I remove the interior part of the door latch. I have an emblem rather than screws. How do I remove the emblem to get to the screw?

There's no real trick to removing the emblem. You will just need to use something like a flat head screw to pop off the emblem to get to the screw. Try that and let us know how it all works out.

I was able to pop off the logo and remove the screw underneath but I still can't get the wooden cover off to get to the latches. How do I get the cover off?

I'm not sure what you mean. Once the handle is removed, the process should be more or less the same as what we show in our video.

Hello,

Thanks for the photo. Once you get the cover off, our video covers the rest of the process. There are no other screws that you need to be concerned about. The process certainly isn't easy, but there's nothing else you need to remove to complete the removal and installation process. Thanks for posting.
