Replacing old balances

Question

I would like to replace balances on my 1984 custom double hung aluminum windows. The only number on the outside of this balance is 25C BSI. Could you please let me know if you have anything that would fit, or would they have to be manufactured? I have attached pictures that I hope will be helpful. Thanks.

This is a special type of balance that will need to be custom made. Before we begin, can you just tell me how many you need?
