Replacing old operator

A quick learner from Massapequa, NY says:
Hi there, I need to replace an operator for my bay window. I have attached pictures of the opposite side of the one I need replaced for reference and I believe the39-172 would be the right fit. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks!
