Replacing old slider handle

A quick learner from Avon, Colorado says:

I am replacing this old sliding glass door handle, with key lock, on my back slider. Here are the pictures of it. I do have 3 15/16" between the holes to mount. Door frame is 2" deep and 2 1/2" wide. I think the 82-033 should work but want to be sure before I order. Thank you for your time.

Hello, Ray. I'm very confident that our 82-033 will replace your old handle set. As long as the hole spacing on yours is 3-15/16" then you should be good to go.

A quick learner from Avon, Colorado says:
Thank you for the response. Does this come with or is there one that has an inside lock, to lock the sliding glass door? Thank you again

It sounds like you're referring to the mortise lock. Those are all sold separately. If you need one, I'll need a picture of your original so I can determine the best match.

A quick learner from Avon, Colorado says:

Correct, I would need a mortise look. It is 3 15/16". what other measurements would you need. Being a wood frame, it is fairly heavy and put in back in 1982, I believe. Or was told. Thank you again for all the help.

Thanks! That looks like our 82-218 at first glance, but looking at the cutout in your door there seems to be an outline for a face plate that your photos don't show. With that in mind, you may want out 82-226 instead. Like before, it will come down to the installation hole spacing.

A quick learner from Avon, Colorado says:
Thank you for the past help. I have been on hold on this for a bit. Is it safe to assume the 82-226 & 82-020 may work on my downstairs slider? I am attaching pics of my upstairs slider. It looks exactly the same. I appreciate your time in helping me with is.

I agree, I think both of those products will work perfectly fine for your door, based on these photos.
