Hey there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you upload photos of the top and bottom fittings? Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Thanks! You can use the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balances depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. You can also select the 2660 stamp option based on your 26-6 stamp.

Please let us know if you have any questions!

It's tough to read accurate dimensions from a photo of a tape measure but if it's over 1" deep, you likely have the Series 385

If you can show us a photo of an undamaged top sash guide removed from the window, showing both the front and side, we can narrow down some options.
