Replacing parts for the window

Hello, to put it. Simply my window is a slide up and down window. The parts that hold the window together are broken and the window will no longer stay up. Please look at the pictures and identify the proper parts I need for my window.

Thank you for reaching out to us. It sounds like you need new balances and pivot shoes. Since this is a tilt window, the balance will be either the 5/8" Series 600 or 3/8" Series 900 spiral balance. You'll have to measure the outer tube to determine the Series and the length.

We're happy to help with the pivot shoe but we will need to see it removed from the window track along with the written-out thickness and width.
