Replacing pivot shoe and spring

It's tough to tell from this photo. This looks like it could be an older Certainteed or Simonton coil balance system, but that's just an educated guess. If I'm right then you'd want our 15-192 shoe and Series 170 coil spring.

If those parts don't match, however, then we'll need a picture of the pivot shoe itself in order to identify it.
